Arrival to St. Petersburg
Welcome to St.Petersburg, the legendary northern capital of Russia and one of its most vibrant cities! Your guide and driver meet you at the airport and take you to your centrally located hotel for check-in and then to a welcoming lunch/dinner in the center of the city.

St.Petersburg sightseeing tour. Hermitage museum &river and canal cruise.
After breakfast at the hotel you will be taken on a sightseeing tour of the city with stops at its major highlights: Palace Square, Winter Palace, Peter and Paul Fortress, Spilled Blood Church, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Bronze Horseman and many more. Following lunch you will be taken to one of the greatest world museums - the Hermitage, where you will see the masterpieces of European Art, including works by Rafael, Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt and the imperial rooms of the Winterpalace. After lunch at traditional Russian restaurant you will board a river and canal cruise, to discover for yourself, why this city is called the Venice of the North.
For the period October 15-April 20, river cruise is substituted with a visit to Faberge museum.

Peterhof residence tour
Following breakfast you will be taken to Peterhof - grandeur summer residence by the Baltic Sea and will visit the Grand Palace and fountain parks of Russian Versailles, which is also one of the most outstanding UNESCO sites.
Catherine's palace and park. Amber room.
On this day you will plunge into the atmosphere of the imperial summer residence in Tsarskoe Selo - built for Peter the Great's wife Catherine and later inherited by their daughter Elizabeth and her successor - Catherine the Great.
You will visit Catherine's palace and famous Amber room, and the vast park territory.
Following early breakfast you will be taken to one of the Silver Ring cities - Novgorod and will exlore its mighty Kremlin, famous Yuriev monastery and wooden architecture museum Vytoslavitsy. Following river cruise and lunch, you will be taken to Pskov where you will stay overnight.
Pskov, Izborsk & Pechory monastery.
On this day you will explore the ancient city of Pskov, its Kremlin and other famous UNESCO sites, the fortress and springs of Izborsk and Pechory monastery. After early dinner you will board a high-speed train to St.Petersburg, upon arrival to St.Petersburg you will be taken to your hotel.

Departure from St.Petersburg
This is the final day of your amazing 'Treasures of Two Capitals' tour! After breakfast you check out from your hotel and your driver takes you to the airport for your flight back home.
