Welcome to Moscow, the legendary capital of Russia and its largest and most vibrant city! Your guide and driver meet you at the airport and take you to your centrally located hotel for check-in and then to a welcoming lunch/dinner in the center of the city.

Moscow sightseeing tour.
After breakfast at your hotel you will have a tour of the oldest Moscow landmarks including the Red Square, Kremlin grounds and cathedrals, Armoury Chamber and St.Basil’s Cathedral, followed by a lunch in a local Russian cuisine restaurant and visit to GUM – Soviet Union Department store, nowadays one of the most remarkable and expensive capital’s shopping centers.

Moscow sightseeing tour. Soviet Union time architecture and VDNH Park.
Your Moscow highlights tour continues: this time we visit Vorobyovy Gory (Sparrow Hills) and the Moscow University Building, Christ the Savior Cathedral (the major cathedral that was demolished in the Soviet Union time and had to be reconstructed from the ground up), Poklonnaya Hill (the monument to the victims and heroes of WWII), Soviet Union time skyscrapers and, followed by a delicious Russian lunch a tour to Soviet time Versailles, VDNH Park.

Transfer to St.Petersburg. St.Petersburg city sightseeing.
After check out you will be taken to the Leningrad railway station, where your guide will help you board a high-speed train to St.Peterburg, and just in 4 hours you will arrive to the Venice of the North. After check-in to the hotel and welcoming lunch you will be taken on a sightseeing tour of the city with stops at its major highlights: Palace Square, Winter Palace, Peter and Paul Fortress, Spilled Blood Church, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Bronze Horseman and many more.

Hermitage museum & rivers and canals' cruise
Following breakfast you will be taken to one of the greatest world museums - the Hermitage, where you will see the masterpieces of European Art, including works by Rafael, Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt and the imperial rooms of the Winterpalace. After lunch at traditional Russian restaurant you will board a river and canal cruise, to discover for yourself, why this city is called the Venice of the North.
For the period October 15-April 20, river cruise is substituted with a visit to Faberge museum.
Peterhof & Catherine's residences.
On this day you will plunge into the atmosphere of the imperial summer residences: Peterhof - residence originally built for Peter the Great, and Catherine's residence in Tsarskoe Selo - built for his wife and later inherited by their daughter Elizabeth and her successor - Catherine the Great.
You will start from Peterhof - grandeur summer residence by the Baltic Sea and will visit the Grand Palace and fountain parks of Russian Versailles, which is also one of the most outstanding UNESCO sites. Then, after lunch you will be taken to Catherine's residence, where you will visit Catherine's palace and famous Amber room, and the vast park territory.
Departure from St.Petersburg
This is the final day of your amazing 'Treasures of Two Capitals' tour! After breakfast you check out from your hotel and your driver takes you to the airport for your flight back home.
